Okay.. Lets get started..

As you can see we have helper.. Slow down there..
You might break something !!

When you want to copy and paste text from one
place to another, there just three things you
need to do..

Now let me say this.. You cannot do it with a
picture.. It will show up in an email on your
computer, but that is because it is on your
hard drive, and of your computer knows where
it is to display it..

But lets get on with the Copy and Pasting Text..
