So we need some help with Attachments. . Hum-m-m..

They have always been a mischievous bunch. But lets see!

Okay.. Lets get started..

As you can see we have helpers.. Slow down there..
You might break something !!

First thing you need to do is open Outlook Express and
go to the top menu and find Tools..

Now then we want to change or set up your Security settings
So look at the window and you will several different tabs at the top.
Click on the Security Tag.. We must tell Windows to allow
you to send attachments and recieve them..

Okay now once you hit Apply you should be set up. But if you
have any trouble, please email me and tell me what trouble you
are experiencing.
