Okay.. Lets get started..

Paint Shop Pro 7 Frames..
Sending and Recieving Images!

I wish I could help those that are using Netscape.
But I cannot.. that is a horse of another color..

Let's start at the beginning..

Open up PSP Program..

Once you have done that.. If you have a specfic
image you want to frame, or you have just finished one.
Then you are ready .... See image below..

I choose this one..it is my favorite..

The first thing you want to do it merge all your layers..

Okay.. now we are cooking..

Okay before you start your borders, or frames, pick a color
group.. see image below..

Okay once you have picked your color scheme, you are
ready to start adding your borders..

Isn't this Easy Peasy.. lol..

Okay lets go to the next step..

Okay now we must decide what size you want for your
borders.. I usually start out with something like 7 or 8.

Remember to change the size in all four boxes..

Okay now you can see your first border.

If you don't like the size undo it and start over.

This is so easy huh..

Okay lets put in the middle layer..Now I use a lighter shade.
I just think that it gives the border some depth..

Okay to the last border.. I usually use a size 10 or 11
for this one.. but you play around with it and find what
you like..

Okay.. Wa-La.. you have just made your first border, or frame.
Now wasn't that easy.. Okay.. Look below..
